By downloading or using the EVRA AI app you accept these terms.

1. The service

EVRA AI is an AI-powered assistant app. Responses and pictures are generated automatically and their accuracy is not guaranteed. Answers on topics such as health, law or finance do not replace professional advice.

2. Account

A valid email address or a Google / Apple account is required to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done with it. Users under 13 may not use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce unlawful content, harm others, abuse the systems or overload them by automated means. Your account may be suspended in case of violation.

4. Plans, subscriptions and packs

The free plan has daily and monthly usage limits. The Pro subscription is purchased monthly through Google Play or the App Store, renews automatically at the end of each period, and can be cancelled at any time from the subscription settings of your store account. Image packs are one-off purchases and are not refundable. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective store.

5. Content

You keep the rights to the content you submit; you only grant us the processing permission needed to provide the service. You may use the AI responses and the generated pictures for personal and commercial purposes; respecting the rights of third parties is your responsibility.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. You can delete your account at any time from within the App.

8. Governing law
